At Heritage Elementary, we are committed to providing every student with the opportunity to learn academically, socially, and emotionally. A growth mindset encourages learning in many different ways. This includes making mistakes and showing  perseverance to overcome them. Some of the best learning comes from working through challenges. We believe in "The Power of Yet"-- not every child learns at the same rate or in the same way,  and a child may not know how to do something….yet!

Students at Heritage are taught to be self-aware and seek balance as healthy, joyful learners. Each child is known, connected, and included in a network of caring adults, peers, and community. We work together to be compassionate, kind friends and citizens who value the diversity of our community and world.
